Gilli Danda is an ancient Indian game with a footprint in parts of Asia and certain African nations too. The game is believed to be a precursor to modern day cricket.
Played with a long Danda[stick] that aims at a small Gilli[which serves as the ball], the game can be played in two or three different ways.
A team sport, it encourages hand eye coordination, physical strength and social interaction
