Solah Seedia [sixteen pieces] is a battlefield / abstract strategy game, in which each player tries to occupy the opponent's territory. It is also known as cows and leopards in some parts of the country. Other countries in the Asian continent have variants too!

The game board has a central square with two projecting triangles on opposite ends.

The game is a precursor to Chess or Shatranj!

MATERIAL: Unbleached cotton game mat with coconut shell counters, comprehensive instruction sheet.
